Postage and Packaging/Shipping

Pick up from the pottery is free - if you live locally or are passing through you are welcome to pop in to pick up your Ruru. Please text or phone first so we can make sure we are there to greet you.

If you require shipping your Ruru will be packaged with love and surrounded by soft packaging to keep it safe. Rest-assured that your new sculpture will arrive safely, but in the unlikely event of damage we’ve got you covered with our replacement policy.
